Each order begins with intention. Bespoke and DIY pieces are hand-strung by our artisans over 2–3 business days, then pass through a 1–2 day ritual blessing and purification before they are cleared to ship. Standard collection pieces follow a similar 3–5 day preparation and ceremony window in Guangzhou before passing our quality inspection. Nothing leaves our hands unfinished.

Before any piece is shipped, it is ritually purified and cleansed in the Eastern tradition — a quiet pause that sets thoughtful intention into the object you will carry. We view this as a deliberate ceremony of care, honoring the heritage, craftsmanship, and natural beauty behind every stone and knot.

Our natural stone bead pieces use materials sourced from trusted partners and selected for authenticity — natural mineral variation, a cool first touch, and honest weight. We use solid 925 sterling silver and regulated gold vermeil, never cheap alloys. A certificate of authenticity accompanies each stone bead piece; other categories are not individually certificated.

Certificates accompany our natural stone bead pieces — mala and crystal bracelets — noting their materials, composition date, and atelier cleansing. Incense, meditation objects, and other non-bead goods are not individually certificated; this is by design, since a certificate is only meaningful where materials can be traced and verified.

Use our design studio to compose your mala or crystal piece, or request a fully custom commission. Once ordered, your design enters our atelier queue for handcrafting and purification. You will receive an order confirmation, and later a tracking number when it ships.

Because our pieces enter production quickly, we can adjust or cancel within 24 hours of purchase. Once handcrafting or custom stringing has begun, changes are no longer possible.

When your piece ships, we email a tracking number with a one-click link. All orders move by international air freight, so tracking updates appear promptly once the parcel leaves Guangzhou.

We deliver to most countries by air. A small number of regions under international shipping restrictions are excluded — see our Shipping page for the current list.

Total time = 3–5 business days of preparation and ritual purification + 5–10 business days of international air transit. Most destinations receive their piece within 8–15 business days of ordering.

All orders ship via SF Express International air freight — a premium, fully tracked service chosen because every piece we fulfill holds significant material and artistic value.

We make a deliberate choice to deliver every order with speed and security. Because each piece carries real material value and ceremonial care, air freight is the only fitting way to ensure it reaches you safely.

Depending on your country, import duties or VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We declare values accurately and provide all documents needed for a smooth customs process.

We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Shopify Payments checkout.

We are not a volume discounter. Each piece is handcrafted, purified, and individually inspected — a meaningful object rather than a mass-produced commodity. Our pricing reflects genuine materials, artisan dedication, and the ceremonial care put into every order.

The storefront displays prices in USD by default. Your bank will convert at its prevailing exchange rate if you pay in another currency.

We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 30-day guarantee, in addition to your statutory consumer rights. If a piece arrives with a defect or craftsmanship issue, we repair or replace it free of charge. Custom and bespoke creations tailored to your exact specification are non-refundable unless defective. Standard collection pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, original condition.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

If a tracked parcel goes missing for more than 30 days after shipment, we resend a replacement or issue a full refund. You are never left empty-handed.

For defective or incorrect items, we cover all shipping at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns on in-stock Standard Collection pieces within 14 days, return shipping is paid by the customer, and the item must be unworn with original tags and box.

KAIROS ORIGIN LTD., registered in the United Kingdom, is the merchant of record handling payments and customer terms. Each piece is handcrafted, ritually purified, and fulfilled at our Guangzhou atelier by Guangzhou Chuanyang Culture Communication Co., Ltd.
