We do not run a warehouse of mass-produced trinkets. Every order is either handcrafted in our atelier or individually inspected after arriving from our curated sources, then ritually blessed before it leaves Guangzhou. Here is exactly what happens between your order and your doorstep.
Bespoke and DIY pieces are hand-strung by our artisans over 2–3 business days. Sourced pieces first travel from their origin to Guangzhou and pass our unified quality inspection — also 2–3 business days. Every piece then enters a 1–2 day ritual blessing and purification. Total preparation before shipment: 3–5 business days.
We ship exclusively by SF International air freight. Because every piece is valued at USD 200 or above, air is the only fitting choice — faster, safer, and fully tracked. No slow surface mail, no compromise.
The moment your piece leaves Guangzhou, we email a tracking number with a one-click link. Air freight means tracking updates appear promptly, and you can follow the journey all the way to your door.
Import duties or VAT may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer. We declare values accurately and include all documents needed for a smooth customs process.
Total delivery = 3–5 business days of preparation & blessing + 5–10 business days of international air transit. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days of ordering.
